Reporting directly to the senior executive, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.

With a deep understanding of the organization's operations and impact, you will effectively manage day-to-day activities while ensuring alignment with the organization's reputation and regulatory framework.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualification or extensive experience in policy and organizational strategy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly developed strategic thinking skills, relationship management, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a team
