Lead Strategic Change
In this challenging role, you will oversee the implementation of strategic plans and operational objectives for a network of libraries. You will be responsible for coordinating extensive programs of work with member libraries and negotiating priorities with senior staff.
You will also be the primary point of contact for the library sector, communicating with key stakeholders on behalf of NSLA member libraries. This includes managing relationships with CEOs, cultural institutions, government agencies, and research organizations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with NSLA member libraries to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Negotiate resource allocation and prioritize projects with senior staff from NSLA libraries.
- Represent NSLA member libraries in the wider library, cultural, government, and research sectors.
