Client Service Liaison

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships? We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Relationship Officer to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Premier Relationship Managers in ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Ensure all credit submissions and documentation are completed to the highest standard
- Act as quality control person for all information completed by Relationship Managers
- Assist in identifying client financial service needs and offering suitable options
- Provide premium customer service and be the first point of contact for customers when required
- Work with internal parties to ensure smooth referrals and loan facilitation
- Support Premier Relationship Managers in complaints handling
Requirements:
- Minimum Higher School Certificate or equivalent certification/education
- At least 2 years of customer service experience within a Financial Services environment
- Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to teamwork
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
