Client Liaison Professional

Main Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients, record visits, schedule appointments, maintain a tidy reception area.
  • Support administrative tasks: assist with client data entry, update systems, coordinate with consultants, provide general office support as needed.
  • Content Creation Assistance: help produce short videos for social media platforms, film and edit basic video content using mobile apps.
About You:
  • Friendly and professional communication skills.
  • Confident, well-presented, proactive approach.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Interest or experience in creating engaging social media content.
  • Prior experience in reception or administration is preferred but not essential.
  • Nepali, Hindi, or other South Asian language skills are an asset.

  • Bilingualism (Nepali, Hindi) is highly valued.
