**Trauma-Informed Case Manager Role**

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Trauma-Informed Case Manager to join our team. As a vital member of our organization, you will play a key role in supporting individuals impacted by intimate partner violence in our local community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct risk assessments and safety planning under LVP and WA Family Violence frameworks
  • Deliver culturally safe, person-centred case management and goal-setting
  • Support and refer clients to services aligned with their needs and preferences
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience working with individuals affected by complex trauma or family violence
  • Culturally sensitive approach when working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable building rapport with diverse individuals
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, professional boundaries, and show resilience in challenging environments
