Job Title: Trauma Care Specialist

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to contribute to and oversee the delivery of quality patient care within their specialty.
  • This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes through developing standards of practice.
  • The successful candidate will implement clinical changes, initiate research and quality improvement activities, and provide expert consultation.
  • They will also review current trauma care, coordinate care for trauma inpatients, and improve data collection.

  • The ability to support clinical review of patients is critical.
