Job Title: Case Worker

The role of a case worker involves providing culturally sensitive and trauma-informed support to individuals affected by intimate partner violence.

You will work with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized plans tailored to address these issues.

In addition, you will provide referrals to services that align with the client's preferences and ensure compliance with BRAMS and DEX guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving and managing applications from consortium members or directly from individuals.
  • Conducting risk assessments and safety planning under LVP and WA Family Violence frameworks.
  • Delivering culturally safe and person-centered case management and goal-setting.
  • Supporting and referring clients to services aligned with their needs and preferences.
  • Maintaining data compliance under BRAMS and DEX guidelines.

To be successful in this role, it is essential to have experience in case management or social services, preferably in trauma-informed or culturally sensitive contexts.

A strong foundation in interpersonal and communication skills is also required, along with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries.
