Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Expert to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing financial statements, overseeing budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making, monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure financial stability, collaborating with internal teams to streamline financial processes, supervising and guiding the accounting team to achieve departmental goals, and assisting with audits and implementing recommendations as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards.
- Oversee budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements.
- Provide financial insights and analysis to support decision-making.
- Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline financial processes.
- Supervise and guide the accounting team to achieve departmental goals.
- Assist with audits and implement recommendations as needed.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CPA or CA (preferred).
- Strong technical skills in financial reporting and analysis.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Be adaptable and able to work independently and autonomously.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
