Job Title: Fiscal Management Specialist
About the Role:The Fiscal Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in managing financial liquidity, funding, and risk activities across a dynamic portfolio. This position is ideal for an individual who excels in financial planning and analysis.
Main Responsibilities:- Cash Flow Forecasting: Develop and maintain cash flow forecasting models for property development and operational needs.
- Debt Facility Management: Manage debt facilities, including covenant compliance, refinancing, and funding negotiations.
- Treasury Operations: Oversee treasury operations, ensuring efficient transaction processing and strong internal controls.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate financial risks, including interest rate and credit risk exposure.
- Strategic Advisory: Act as a key advisor to leadership on treasury-related matters, supporting strategic decision-making.
- External Relations: Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
