Our property in Byron Bay is a tropical oasis with a private pool and lush surroundings. We are looking for a team member to join our front desk and housekeeping team.

About the role:

As a Reception and Housekeeping Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, answering their queries, and providing them with information to enhance their stay. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our property, including the communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the property
  • Monitor and replenish stock
  • Ensure the property remains sparkling clean

  • Previous experience in customer service and cleaning
  • Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure
