Reception and Housekeeping Professional

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Reception/Housekeeping member.
The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service to property guests, contribute to a friendly and cheerful atmosphere, and assist with front desk duties, housekeeping, and maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to guests, answering queries and providing helpful local knowledge and recommendations.
- Contribute to the property's friendly and cheerful atmosphere, checking in and out guests, and resolving any guest concerns or disputes.
- Assist with housekeeping duties, including refreshing communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, kitchens, and monitoring and replenishing stock.
- Work well under pressure, managing time effectively, and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization.
- Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service, and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting.
- Good time management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Flexible availability 24/7 roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
