The Opportunity

Mulpha Hospitality is seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our team at The Lane Retreat, a cutting-edge Boutique Hotel located at the Iconic Bimbadgen Estate.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our luxurious bungalows, as well as providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of cleaning activities across The Lane Retreat accommodation, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
  • Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Protect equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Customer-oriented and friendly, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Prioritization and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including peak periods and weekends.
