About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual with excellent customer service skills to join our team as a Reception/Housekeeping member.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring the property remains sparkling clean, and contributing to a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk: Provide excellent customer service, answer guest queries, and resolve any concerns or disputes.
  • Housekeeping: Refresh communal spaces, bathrooms, and accommodation rooms, monitor and replenish stock, and maintain a high standard of cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in front desk reception, customer service, and commercial cleaning in an accommodation setting.
  • Good time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Flexible availability for 24/7 roster, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
