About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Reception and Housekeeping Team Member. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, room assignments, and key management.
  • Assist with housekeeping duties, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our rooms, public areas, and facilities.
  • Support the Food and Beverage team in providing excellent service to our guests, including serving food and beverages, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives, maintaining a positive and respectful attitude at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Valid RSA certification and full Australian working rights.
