Strategic Portfolio Manager Position

The Investment Strategy team at a leading superannuation fund seeks a seasoned portfolio manager to join their central component. This role requires a strategic asset allocator with expertise in superannuation and RSE regulatory frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset allocation strategies for the investment options.
  • Evolve decision-making frameworks to inform the total portfolio approach across all investment options.
  • Manage option-level decisions, including foreign exchange settings, portfolio completion, and liquidity profiles.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in portfolio rebalancing, workflow automation, and database management.
  • Expertise in cross-functional communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong technical skills in data analytics and tool development using SQL, Matlab, R, or Python, including AI applications.
  • Ability to lead projects and work effectively across multiple stakeholders.
  • Qualifications in Finance with a focus on investments.
