We are seeking a professional to lead our asset management initiatives.

About the Role
  • This pivotal role is responsible for planning, managing and delivering building assets that meet our organization's strategic objectives.
  • The successful candidate will have expertise in asset management, consultant management, risk allocation and WHS management.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Plan, manage and deliver building assets ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  2. Demonstrate experience in managing consultants and fostering collaborative relationships.
  3. Develop and implement effective risk allocation and WHS strategies.
  4. Cultivate excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills to drive project success.
  5. Knowledge of EEO policies and procedures is essential.
  6. Proven experience with forward works programming, financial control and budget preparation is necessary.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Asset Management or equivalent experience.
  • Current Class C Drivers Licence is required.
  • Construction Induction (White Card) certification is essential.
  • Sound knowledge of PC applications software is necessary.
  • Solid understanding of Australian Standards is required.
