Senior Investment Professional Opportunity

Job Description:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Investment Professional to spearhead the development and execution of our Fund's investment strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of investment models, key drivers of portfolio performance, and primary factors influencing returns.

  • Develop and maintain a sophisticated understanding of the fund model, key drivers of fund performance, and primary factors influencing returns.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, opportunities, and strategic priorities across the portfolio.
  • Foster trusted relationships with stakeholders and collaborate closely with the Fund Manager to deliver strong outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Fund Manager in preparing and implementing the fund's investment strategy. This includes maintaining and updating the fund model, calculating asset and fund-level returns, and performing attribution and contribution analysis.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property or finance sectors.
  • Advanced financial modelling and analysis capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills, strategic thinking, collaboration, and ability to manage competing priorities independently.
