**Strategic Asset Manager Role**

We are seeking a seasoned Strategic Asset Manager to spearhead the operationalisation, review and update of our Strategic Asset Management Framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering strategic performance insights, driving improved asset efficiency and collaborating with internal business units to advance our SAMF.

**Key Responsibilities**:
  • Develop, implement and maintain the SA Housing Trust's Strategic Asset Management Framework
  • Analyse and report on strategic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement
  • Enhance the use of current asset data, develop new approaches for collection, analysis and application, and drive business value through data-driven decision making
  • Foster effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding the SAMF
  • Align activities across the organisation with the SAMF, contributing to related strategies, business plans, policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
  • Tertiary qualification in asset management, business, real estate, land economics, development, valuation or urban planning, or equivalent
**Work Environment**:

The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment that promotes equity, diversity and inclusion. The role requires some intrastate travel and may involve staff supervision and/or line management responsibilities.

**Security Clearance**:

The successful applicant will be required to obtain a National Police Clearance prior to commencement.
