Lead Building Asset Manager
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and delivering building assets across the council's portfolio. This includes strategic asset management, financial control, and risk allocation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain a team of asset professionals to ensure effective delivery of council priorities.
- Develop and implement asset management strategies to optimize the value of the council's building assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Provide expert advice on asset management best practices and industry trends.
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in asset management, preferably in local government.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and risk assessment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- A competitive salary range $113,332.82 - $131,313.08 per annum.
