The Senior Manager Governance and Delivery role is responsible for safeguarding the organization's assets, people, customers, and brand. This entails strategic direction and governance of Business Continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of a complex portfolio of uplift programs for Business Continuity.
  • Collaborate across all functions to enhance governance, process excellence, capability uplift, and enable rapid integrated responses to complex risks.
  • Direct accountability for a dedicated team and specialist suppliers within enterprise-wide resilience initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10+ years progressive experience in enterprise governance, portfolio management, strategic operations, continuous improvement, or similar.
  • Advanced qualification in Portfolio Management, Crisis Management, Business Continuity, Risk Management, Safety Systems, or related discipline.
  • People leadership experience, including strategic thinking, systems design, change management, and executive presence.
