About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Retail Store Leader to join our team at Peter Alexander in Carindale.

To succeed in this role, you will drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and provide exceptional customer experiences. You will be responsible for managing store operations, achieving sales targets, and implementing visual merchandising strategies.

This is a full-time position requiring availability over weekends, late night trading hours, and public holidays. We offer a competitive salary and opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and achieve targets with your team
  • Develop and succession plan your team members
  • Create a safe working environment for customers and staff
  • Manage stock levels to minimize loss and maximize sales
  • Roster your team according to store trading profiles

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and coaching a team
  • Previous management experience, ideally in retail
  • Ability to provide a genuine customer experience
  • Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, and stock loss targets
