Job Overview

The Program Coordinator will lead and manage all aspects of VET, Careers, WPL, and post-school transition programs.

To drive innovation and quality improvement, the successful candidate will regularly review and analyze student outcomes and program effectiveness.

They will also develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external providers including industry, TAFEs, RTOs, and community organisations.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership experience in VET, senior secondary schooling, careers or transition pathways.

This includes possessing a high-level understanding of VET curriculum, policy, accreditation and reporting requirements.

About This Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the joint management of the Peron Trade Training Centre.

This will involve ensuring program delivery for both Gilmore students and those from the wider area.

Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator will provide expert advice and support to students, staff, and families regarding VET and post-school options.

They will promote VET and related programs across the school and broader community.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
