As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering quality sport and lifestyle programs for all age groups.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with us as a Sports and Programs Team Leader.
You will lead the team in creating a customer-centric environment, building strong relationships with community members, and ensuring continuous improvement to service delivery.
The successful candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of sports and programs offered within a recreation centre setting, demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities, strong organisational skills, excellent communication skills, and experience promoting and marketing programs/services in an innovative way.
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, experienced, and passionate about delivering high-quality services to our community.
- Comprehensive understanding of sports and programs offered within a recreation centre setting.
- Demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities by inspiring and motivating team members.
- Strong organisational skills to effectively plan, coordinate, and manage tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information and maintain open lines of communication.
- Experience promoting and marketing programs/services in an innovative way that drives growth.
