About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to coordinate and deliver quality sport and lifestyle programs for all age groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality sport and lifestyle programs that meet the needs of diverse community members.
  • Lead a team of professionals in creating a customer-centric environment that promotes excellence in service delivery.
  • Foster strong relationships with community members and stakeholders to ensure continuous improvement to service delivery.

What You Need

To be successful in this position, you will require:

  • A comprehensive understanding of sports and programs offered within a recreation centre setting.
  • Demonstrated exceptional leadership abilities.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience promoting and marketing programs/services in an innovative way.
  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Recreation, or equivalent level of experience.
  • First Aid Certificate, Police Clearance, and Driver's Licence.
