Vocational Education Program Manager

Job Description:- Lead and manage all aspects of vocational education and training programs.
- Drive innovation and quality improvement through regular review and analysis of student outcomes and program effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with external providers including industry, TAFEs, RTOs, and community organisations.
- Oversee the joint management of trade training centers ensuring program delivery for students.
- Provide expert advice and support to students, staff, and families regarding VET and post-school options.
- Promote vocational education and related programs across the school and broader community.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in vocational education, senior secondary schooling, careers or transition pathways.
- High-level understanding of vocational education curriculum, policy, accreditation and reporting requirements.
- Proven ability to foster effective partnerships with stakeholders, including TAFEs, industry bodies, and community organisations.
- Strong data literacy and experience using educational data to inform program development and reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in identifying and securing funding opportunities.
- A highly collaborative and supportive work environment.
- A chance to lead innovative and meaningful education programs.
- Opportunities to shape the future of vocational education within the region.
- Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident or have a valid visa with relevant work rights.
- Hold registration with the relevant teaching board.
- Obtain necessary clearances before starting work.
