This strategic role sits on the Executive Leadership Team, driving ICT strategy, digital innovation, and operational excellence across a K–12 school community.
- Lead the formulation of our ICT strategy, ensuring it aligns with curriculum requirements for digital technology, cybersecurity, ICT trends, and best practices.
- Drive technology-enabled transformation across teaching, learning, and administration.
- Oversee ICT operations, infrastructure, and service delivery, ensuring secure, reliable, and future-ready systems.
- Advise on cybersecurity, data protection, and risk management.
- Guide innovation in areas such as AI, data integration, and emerging technologies.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing ICT team, fostering a culture of service excellence.
About You
A strategic thinker and collaborative leader with a proven track record in ICT leadership and digital transformation is required. The ideal candidate will bring experience at executive level, shaping and delivering enterprise-wide ICT strategies, expertise in IT operations, infrastructure, project delivery, and vendor management, advanced knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data governance, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to inspire teams and lead change with vision, resilience, and integrity.
