About You

You are a strategic thinker and experienced ICT leader with a proven track record in:

  • Leading large-scale service delivery teams in complex environments.
  • Driving digital transformation and customer-centric service models.
  • Managing budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships effectively.
  • Building strong stakeholder relationships and navigating change with confidence.
  • Applying ITIL and other service management frameworks to improve performance and accountability.
