At a cutting-edge organization, we're on the lookout for an innovative IT leader to spearhead the transformation of our digital landscape and drive future growth initiatives.

About the Opportunity

This is a high-profile role that will oversee the daily operations of our digital function, manage key vendor relationships, internal stakeholders, and deliver on our strategic ICT plan. You'll also be responsible for driving automation, implementing AI where feasible, managing and maintaining our cloud-based infrastructure, and identifying new technologies to enhance operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the digital function and manage key vendor relationships, internal stakeholders, and deliver on the strategic ICT plan.
  2. Drive automation and implement AI where feasible to boost operational efficiency and productivity.
  3. Manage and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring it's optimized to support business processes.
  4. Identify and evaluate new technologies that can improve operational efficiency and increase profitability.
  5. Provide exceptional support to staff with their technology needs.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations relating to technology, data management, and cybersecurity.
About You

We're seeking someone with at least 5 years of experience in a senior IT leadership role, with a strong focus on transformation projects in complex environments. You should have a proven track record of delivering successful IT transformation projects that have added value to the organization, a passion for driving automation and implementing AI, and experience managing cloud-based infrastructure preferably with M365. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
