About the Role

  • Provide outstanding service to our guests by responding promptly, efficiently, and courteously to their requests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Maintain strict security procedures with credit and cash transactions, accounting processes, issue of room keys, and guest confidentiality/privacy.
  • Facilitate effective communication between hotel guests and various departments, ensuring seamless interactions and resolutions.
  • Promote hotel facilities and maximize sales through sound product knowledge and selling skills.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Previous experience working in Front Office or hotel outlets is preferred, with a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong computer or system skills, preferably in Opera Cloud, are essential for success in this role.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail while delivering efficient customer service, ensuring that every interaction meets our high standards.
