Job Title: Guest Service Agent

Job Summary: We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at Oaks Hotels. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Communicate effectively with guests to understand their needs and preferences
  • Make bookings and reservations for guests
  • Assist guests during their stay, providing information and recommendations on local attractions and services

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
