Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative to drive business growth and expansion by identifying and acquiring new merchants across various segments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer present and e-commerce merchant payments, alternate payment methods, and anti-fraud technologies. They will also contribute to the expansion of our merchant portfolio through strategic outreach and relationship building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day pipeline operations to ensure operational excellence and execution
  • Engage prospective merchants across various segments, leveraging inbound leads and referrals from alliance partners
  • Understand client needs and recommend tailored payment solutions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and support
  • Contribute to the expansion of our merchant portfolio through strategic outreach and relationship building
  • Partner with other teams in Business Bank to organize and attend alliance partner trade shows and networking events

Requirements:

  • Possession of foundational experience in payment technology, with a hunger to continually learn and grow
  • Strong verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build strong and active cross-functional relationships across business banks broader sales and support teams
