Enterprise Account Manager Role

The Enterprise Account Manager position involves managing high-value merchants as a trusted advisor. This entails day-to-day support, ongoing consultation, and industry expertise to drive retention through cross-selling of products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop growth targets for the Enterprise portfolio by acquiring new merchants and expanding share.
  • Onboard new Enterprise customers efficiently for a great first experience.
  • Grow existing accounts by building early trust, driving adoption, and cross/selling to multiple decision makers.
  • Prospect new verticals and craft tailored go-to-market strategies.
  • Drive omnichannel adoption across your account network.
  • Conduct ongoing discovery of merchant needs and translate them into solutions.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior stakeholders and monitor and reduce churn with data-led action plans.
  • Lead commercial negotiations to retain and expand accounts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' Account Management experience, preferably with a payments or technology focus.
  • Strong grasp of the merchant acquiring and banking products.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
  • Thorough understanding of various pricing models and product value propositions.
  • Strong negotiator able to persuade prospects on value.
  • Results-driven with demonstrated business acumen, delivering outcomes for both Tyro and its customers.
