Job Overview:

The Financial Operations Director will play a pivotal role in leading the finance team within the construction division, based out of Dandenong with flexible work arrangements available.

  • Supervise a team of accounting professionals to ensure effective system accounting, compliance, and financial project management.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, sales, and finance leaders.
  • Ensure ongoing adherence to financial laws and guidelines across the organization.
  • Develop and implement improvements to financial processes and systems.
  • Oversee statutory compliance obligations and coordinate internal and external audits for the APAC Construction divisions.
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives and manage internal projects.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

A CA/CPA-qualified professional with a degree in Finance or Accounting is required. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a multinational organization, preferably in manufacturing or construction, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Pronto accounting software being advantageous.

A results-driven mindset, attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills are essential. A curious and pragmatic approach to work and business improvements will be valued.
