As a senior financial leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's financial success. We are seeking an exceptional Financial Director to oversee all financial operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.

Job Summary

This is a senior-level position responsible for managing financial planning, reporting, and analysis, as well as guiding strategic business decisions through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all accounting operations, including billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and payroll
  • Prepare timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that meet GAAP/IFRS compliance
  • Develop and implement budgeting processes and produce regular financial forecasts with actionable insights
  • Establish robust internal control policies and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity
  • Coordinate audit activities with external auditors and maintain compliance with local, state, and federal tax filings
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions
  • Partner with senior leadership to support business growth initiatives through data-driven decision-making
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CMA certification is strongly preferred
Experience
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leadership or management positions
  • Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit management
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Xero accounting software
