Senior Financial Director

The Senior Financial Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of our organisation.
This newly created executive position demands strategic and operational leadership across finance, HR, administration, infrastructure, and enterprise services.
- To provide visionary leadership across finance, ensuring robust financial management, budgeting, compliance reporting, and governance frameworks are in place.
- To take ownership of organisational readiness for sector reforms and drive operational excellence across aged care and retirement living.
- To partner with senior leaders on strategic initiatives, reporting, and long-term planning.
- To mentor and lead diverse teams, embedding a culture of accountability and improvement.
About You:
- A tertiary qualification in Finance or Business, with deep financial management expertise is preferred.
- Proven executive or senior leadership experience, preferably in aged care, health, or not-for-profit sectors.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging senior leadership, regulators, and Boards.
- A collaborative leadership style, with the ability to balance strategic priorities and operational delivery.
