Senior Operations Director

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our operational activities. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality services aligned with our mission and strategic vision.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a skilled workforce across Supply Chain and Production, fostering a performance-driven mindset and a collaborative team culture.
- Manage and continuously improve the Operations functions including Quality, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics.
- Oversee the entire manufacturing process from raw materials to customer delivery, including supplier qualifications and management of service providers.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for operational growth and efficiency.
- Manage financial aspects of manufacturing processes, including capital investments aligned with corporate objectives.
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will possess a degree or master's in operations and/or Supply Chain. Lean or Six Sigma Certification is highly desirable.
- The candidate should have 10+ years' work experience ideally in a multi-national organization, heavily regulated manufacturing company, Defence or Automotive.
- They should also have demonstrated experience in a senior leadership position, extensive operational management experience, and proven ability to form and lead teams.
