Job Title: Senior Financial Director

We are seeking an accomplished financial leader to steer our company's fiscal strategy and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Control
    • Oversee financial management and reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
    • Develop and review annual budgets and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement.
    • Provide monthly variance analysis to budgets and forecasts, highlighting opportunities for cost savings.
    • Present accurate financial results and insights to senior stakeholders, informing strategic decisions.
    • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, assessing business risks and opportunities.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and systems, driving efficiency and productivity.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, eliminating bottlenecks and delays.
    • Assess business cases for CAPEX investments, analyzing return on investment (ROI) and recommending strategic allocations.
  • Strategic Leadership
    • Provide strategic direction to ensure efficient business operation on financial aspects, aligning with company goals.
    • Set financial goals and priorities, establishing performance measures for progress tracking.
    • Identify opportunities for expansion and diversification in existing and new markets, driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
  • Finance degree with further qualification, either a CPA or CA.
  • Experience working with and leading a business with multiple locations and operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
