Job Title: Director of Financial Operations

This is a unique opportunity to drive strategic growth and excellence in financial operations, governance, and leadership across a high-performance program.

As the Director of Financial Operations, you will oversee budget oversight, grant management, and financial reporting, while shaping operational frameworks that support athlete pathways and program delivery.

You will lead the development and management of program budgets, financial reporting, forecasting, and funding allocations across national and state programs. You will also prepare grant acquittals and compliance reporting for key funding bodies, ensuring transparency and alignment with grant conditions.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to enhance financial capabilities and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Drive process and system improvements to increase operational efficiency and financial control.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years' experience in commercially focused finance roles, coupled with exceptional business partnering capabilities. They will have proven expertise in managing budgets, financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting within complex organisations.

The salary range for this position is between AU$160,000 and AU$200,000 per year.
