Job Description:

The role of Service Coordinator involves overseeing the delivery of customer services by coordinating schedules and allocating support professionals.

As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery to customers, while also maintaining efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with organisational procedures.

About the Role
  • Develop and manage customer service schedules, including service planning, confirmations, and managing short-notice placements and cancellations.
  • Prepare and transmit schedules for customer services to support professionals.
  • Verify the allocation of support professionals against customer service schedules and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Arrange replacement staff to cover leave, planned or unplanned absences, shift changes, and non-compliance services.
  • Manage day-to-day service activities, including answering and actioning incoming calls and emails.
  • Monitor the implementation of individualised plans for customers to ensure services meet required standards.
