This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality care to residents in a supportive and dynamic environment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals to provide person-centred care that meets the unique needs of each resident.
- Certificate III in Individual Support/Aged Care or equivalent required
- RN & EN students welcome to apply
- Assisting residents with Personal Care needs
- Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living
- Ensuring accurate and concise documentation in Care Planning
- Working under the direction of Registered Nurses and Senior Management
