Care Support Professional

About this role:
">- Support clients with daily living tasks such as personal care, laundry, meal preparation and cleaning.
- Facilitate community involvement and participation based on client needs and preferences.
- Assist with physical and mobility requirements of clients.
Responsibilities:
">- Deliver person-centered care and promote the wellbeing and safety of clients.
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
">- Certificate III/IV in disability or community support services or equivalent qualification/experience.
- Current First Aid Certificate or CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and access to an insured vehicle.
- Ability to obtain a National Police check.
