Job Title: Compassionate Care Professional

This role presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of residents by delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a compassionate care professional, you will be responsible for assessing and addressing the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents.

You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence, dignity, and well-being. Your expertise in clinical practices and understanding of regulatory frameworks will be invaluable in ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Assess and address the physical, psychological, and social needs of residents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services

Requirements:
  • Current NMC registration and good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
  • Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
