The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering person-centred care during day and sleepover shifts. This role offers flexible hours, including weekend work, making it an excellent choice for those seeking extra employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality care and support.
  • Assist with daily living skills, community access, and personal care.

Requirements:

  • Motivated to build meaningful connections with participants.
  • A team player with experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviours.
  • Availability for Thursdays for group support is essential.
  • Prioritise at least 2 weekends per month (Friday afternoon to Sunday afternoon) for our Short-Term Accommodation program.

Essential Qualifications:

  • NDIS Screening Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • First Aid & CPR certification

Desirable Skills:

  • Cert 3 or 4 qualification
  • Auslan language proficiency
