About the Role
  • Provide care to clients living in their own homes, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
  • Complete scheduled visits, interacting one-on-one with clients within their homes, supporting with daily activities.
  • Deliver care in accordance with individualised care plans.
  • Support clients with community-based recreational and social activities.
  • Transportation and assistance with shopping and appointments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality personal care services to clients.
  • Support clients with daily living activities, including showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, laundry, and ironing.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support qualification.
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence.
  • Roadworthy and insured vehicle to use for work.
  • Experience with technology, including smartphones, tablets, and laptops.
