Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation and Configuration: Perform full technical installations, including server setup and configuration.
  • Training Delivery: Deliver training on all software applications virtually and on-site.
  • Documentation Creation: Create training materials and support documentation.
  • Travel and Consultancy: Travel country-wide for installations, training, and consultancy.
  • Risk Management: Support risk management and mitigation throughout the installation lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in desktop/software support or equivalent IT degree.
  • Network and Desktop Support: Previous network and desktop support/service desk/training experience.
  • Operating Systems: Strong knowledge of Windows PC Operating systems and Linux RedHat environment.
  • Software Installation and Troubleshooting: Ability to install and troubleshoot software and network configurations.

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment: Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Software Training Experience: 2 years' experience in software training.
