Technical Support Specialist

As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for providing assistance to customers on various technical issues. This role requires strong analytical skills, ability to build relationships with customers, and experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems.

This position involves installing, troubleshooting, and resolving desktops, printers, laptops, and other computer peripherals hardware issues as well as desktop applications. You will also be responsible for managing ticket logging tools and the ticket handling process.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with desk-side support and PC break/fix, including basic administration of Windows OS, experience with anti-spyware and anti-virus software, and knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and RDP.

You will have the capability to provide smart hand support for peripheral and networking hardware, including monitors, keyboards, mice, printers, fax machines, scanners, routers, wireless routers, switches, firewalls, racks, cabinets, multi-port data termination panels, and more.
