We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our Centralised Helpdesk Team. The successful candidate will provide frontline technical support, handling escalated issues via phone and email, troubleshooting customised applications in a fast-paced environment, logging and tracking incidents using internal systems, escalating complex issues as needed, and contributing to the improvement of support processes and reducing incoming call volume.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktop applications and systems
- Log and track incidents using internal systems
- Evaluate and escalate complex issues to relevant teams or specialists
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and skills
- Australian Citizenship is required for this role
- Experience working with desktop applications and systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities
- Ability to work a rotating roster (7am-7pm coverage)
