The ideal candidate will have a passion for leading a team and ensuring seamless execution of events. With a focus on providing exceptional service, they will be responsible for motivating and training their team to uphold industry standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the event service team during events, ensuring service standards are consistently exceeded.
  • Oversee event setups, turnarounds and pack-downs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in line with event orders.
  • Liaise with the kitchen, sales team, and wider Resort departments to ensure flawless event execution.
  • Train, coach and support team members to uphold industry service standards.
  • Monitor rosters and manage shift allocations to ensure service coverage.
  • Assist with stock ordering, inventory checks and reconciliation.
  • Champion workplace health and safety practices, ensuring a safe and positive environment for both guests and colleagues.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in hospitality, ideally with exposure to events or large-scale operations.
  • A natural leader with strong communication, organisation and time management skills.
  • Confident in supervising and motivating a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Immaculate personal presentation and a warm, professional approach.
  • Current working rights in Australia
