Senior Consultant Loyalty Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Consultant Loyalty to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and implementing loyalty propositions that drive growth in customers, deposits, and Bank of Choice.

  • This includes delivering strategic roadmaps and evolving Personal Everyday Banking loyalty offers and rewards programs, NAB Goodies.
  • The successful candidate will plan, test, design, and execute loyalty propositions to reward and recognize priority customer segments, managing and engaging key stakeholders to align and deliver on success.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop pricing, commercial modeling, customer value, and differentiating features and rewards.
  • Ensure propositions meet clear outcomes aligned with customer needs, commercial sustainability, and technical feasibility.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar Senior Consultant Loyalty Program coupled with experience in driving ideas & innovation, customer strategy, and execution.
  • Financial modeling experience coupled with proven analytical and evidence-based decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile Ways of Working.
  • Experience effectively engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, a high degree of business acumen, can stress test plans and strategies.
  • A high degree of business acumen, can stress test plans and strategies, encourages cooperation across functions to enhance quality of decision-making.
  • Preferred experience in Financial Services or P&L management.
