Lead and Inspire: Early Learning Centre Opportunity

This is a unique chance to establish a brand-new early learning service from the ground up.

As Centre Director, you will play a pivotal role in setting the tone, shaping the culture, and building a high-performing team.

The new purpose-built centre in Legana is set to open in late 2026, with this role commencing in November 2025.

Our organisation is also seeking expression of interest applications for our Kings Meadows service, expected to open mid-year in 2026.

Key responsibilities include leading the setup and establishment of the new centre, including team recruitment, policy implementation, and community engagement.

Deliver high-quality early learning programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQS).

Drive strong values-driven leadership, inspiring and motivating a passionate team of educators through strategic guidance.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, reflective practice, and ongoing professional development.

Evaluate compliance with regulatory requirements and ensure the wellbeing, learning, and safety of every child in your care.
